Previous experience in scheduling, payroll and human resources administration in a 24/7 environment is an asset, in addition to previous experience working in a unionized environment. You are a supportive and approachable team player, you set an ideal example with your colleagues by being diligent and meticulous with your work. You are eager to show your strong administrative skills, display a high level of proficiency with MS Excel, all while maintaining a positive attitude. You are someone who is dependable and always willing to go the extra mile. If you are also knowledgeable with Great Plains accounting software and have experience working with seniors or in healthcare, that’s just an added bonus!What you will do…Reporting to the Business Manager, the Administrative Coordinator/Workforce Coordinator directs and oversees the operation of the front office and reception services. The Administrative /Workforce Coordinator is responsible for providing direction to all front desk employees. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate resident billing and Accounts Payable records. As a member of the Management Team, you will participate in the planning and supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives. You will work to full scope of practice and will provide a range of services to all employees and managers related to workforce management and administration.
