Job Description

Job Title: Chocolate LeadReporting to: Production SupervisorWage: $18/hrPosition overviewThe Chocolatier will be responsible for daily tasks of the operations to effectively plan, organize, and produce our Artisan chocolate line.Reporting to the Production Supervisor the Chocolate Lead makes and manufactures chocolates according to the companys production quality standards.Responsibilities of the position

  • Leading the artisan chocolate production
  • Carry out crystallization operations
  • Carry out dips and casts
  • Respect recipes and manufacturing processes
  • Ensure that the products meet the required quality standards
  • Filling out production records
  • Keep your workplace clean and safe
  • Respect pre-established deadlines and production schedules
  • To respect the hygiene and health standards
  • Participate in the innovation process
  • Performs all related tasks related to his production line
