MacDonald Nursing Home is a Long Term Care Home to 137 Residents and employs 267 staff in various Departments.Education, Training, Experience – JanitorMust have a valid Nova Scotia Driver’s License.Good physical health, ability to work independently and with others, ability to follow verbal and written instructions, ability to learn the operation of equipment, ability to perform repetitive tasks, and ability to work in a warm congested area. Grade 12 Education. Must have a good working knowledge of janitorial and floor care.Qualifications/Skills Required – Wash person: Good physical health, ability to work independently with others, ability to follow verbal and written instructions, ability to learn the operation of equipment, ability to perform repetitive task, work in warm congested area. Grade 12 Education and experience in Laundry preferred, but not required.
