Are you an organized person who likes working in spreadsheets Can you focus and grow a position from scratch Then Master Driver School has just the role for you!Were seeking to hire a motivated, organized and focused person to fill the new role of Administrator in our ever-expanding Driver Training program. This is a 6 month term position with the potential to develop into more.A bit about being an Administrator- This is a hybrid position where the successful candidate will start our working in the office and shift to part in office and part at home, if desired.- Work from a computer or laptop that has an up-to-date operating system, to link with our various systems, apps and programs.- Experience with spreadsheets, tracking payments, POS system and creating invoices.- Be courteous, calm, effective and organized when communicating with students and instructors.- Create and update online driving instructor schedule.- Answer calls from a multi-line phone system, texts, emails and online inquiries from students.- Be experienced or willing to learn how to navigate and make updates on our company website.- Be willing to take on this new company position, build and develop the initial position and grow within the role.- A talent for streamlining processes is a definite asset.- Answer the occasional weekend text or call to reschedule booked sessions and communicate changes with instructors.- Be willing to learn within the role, as there are areas of the position that are new to the company.Minimum Requirements- Attention to detail is a must-have for this role.- Be fully bondable and sign a strict confidentiality agreement, complete with PCI compliance guidelines.- Be able to establish trust and communicate with students and drivers in a clear, confident and decisive manner.- Be reliable, on-time and presentable.- Have an in-home dedicated space (if choosing to work partly at home).- Administration experience is a must.- While training is provided, computer literacy is a must.- English written and oral proficiency is required.LocationThis position is based in Antigonish, Nova Scotia.
