Job Description

Century Auto Group is seeking an energetic, passionate and success driven General Manager.This is your opportunity to contribute and share in the growth of a Premium Automotive Brand and join a progressive and energetic company, Any industry experience including Sales, Finance, Fixed Operations and overall Management level skills are all assets.Responsibilities;

  • oversee the day to day operations while achieving performance goals for all departments
  • recruit and train high performing employees to achieve and exceed sales, profitability, and market share growth
  • participate in the development, implementation and commitment to attaining budgetary and resource plans
  • ensure Dealership standards, policies, procedures, training guidelines and values are all achieved and exceeded
  • seek out business opportunities for growth and expansion by growing and developing new and existing business relations
Skills and Qualifications;
  • proven experience in the automotive industry at the managerial level
  • strong and committed decision-making capabilities
  • above average communications, collaborative and delegation skills
  • ability to train, motivate and lead people while holding employees accountable
The successful candidate will have a proven management aptitude, be professional with strong organizational detail and excellent customer service skills.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $55,000.00-$120,000.00 per yearBenefits:
