Highland Cellular is excited to announce that they have partnered with Mobile Klinik, a leader in professional smartphone repair.We are a Telus Authorized Dealer with 9 Locations in Atlantic Canada. We pride ourselves in our world class Client experience and are looking to add to our Team.Mobile Klinik sets the standard as Canada’s leading while-you-wait professionalsmartphone repair brand.Mobile Klinik/Highland Cellular is looking for a Technician within the Antigonish area!Job Duties

  • Test, Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair smartphones and tablets using state of the art equipment in a while you wait, customer facing environment.
  • Provide repair and replacement estimates for the customer.
  • Communicate with the customer explaining technical issues in an easy to understand manner.
  • Provide the customer with the complete solution by offering mobile device accessories, product insurance, and Certified Preowned Refurbished devices.
  • Greet customers and answer phone calls in a professional, courteous, friendly manner.
  • Utilize the Point of Sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and real time status of customer repairs.
  • Work with the Team to maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store.
  • Must be bondable
  • Will work storefront during non peak periods.
Qualifications
  • Strong technical aptitude and/or experience in repairing electronics.
  • Technical certification or degree in electronics or consumer electronics desirable.
  • Strong technical, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Willing to train an individual with strong Technical aptitude.
  • Work well in a fast paced, team environment.
  • Comfortable communicating with customers and passionate about the customer experience.
  • Ability to work flexible retail hours.
