This is an opportunity to make some great money.If youre looking for extra income, flexible hours, part-time or full-time employment, Nish Eats food delivery service might just be the place for you!Driving for Nish Eats- Pick-up at food establishments & drop-off to customers.- Ensuring all deliveries are handled with care, delivered promptly so that the food remains hot, and arrive at the address provided by the customer.- Communicating with restaurant staff and Nish Eats customers in a professional, courteous manner at all times.How We Pay- Drivers are compensated on a base fare per km traveled PLUS 100% of driver tips.- Direct deposit payments are made on a bi-weekly basis and a detailed statement of your deliveries. Any cash tips you receive are yours, as received.Good to Know- This is a contract position. The pay range is based on averages from our part time and full time drivers. How much you make is up to you, the hours you work and the number of deliveries you deliver.- All drivers are responsible for claiming all amounts on their annual income tax filings and remitting all CPP, EI, federal and provincial taxes.- No uniform required. It is highly recommended that you are clean, presentable and have clothing that is casual. Example, jeans, a top and footwear.- No sandals allowed when driving. Its just a rule of the road.Minimum RequirementsWhile there is money to be made, we follow the rules of the road to ensure that we are a responsible business in our community and our drivers meet minimum safety requirements.- Valid drivers license and a drivers abstract in good standing. Proof required.- A safe, inspected and reliable vehicle. Proof of ownership & inspection required.- Vehicle must be fully insured with an up-to-date inspection. Proof of insurance required as well as an inspection sticker that meets the owners road safety standards.- Legally eligible to work in Canada.- Must own a smart phone with a data plan to access & work within the Nish Eats app.Hours of OperationWe operate 7 days per week. Hours are flexible, however, we have peak times such as dinner hours, evenings and weekends that are higher in volume.
