Job Description

I am looking for a personal assistant with experience helping with managing a property that we are building a cabin on. The property is located close to Antigonish. Hours will be casual and on call, on an as needed basis.Requirements:

  • Ability to drive to the property, run errands around town and occasionally drive between Antigonish and Cape Breton on an on-call basis
  • Experience with similar work described below is an asset
Duties:
  • organize and empty contents of a storage locker
  • organize contents of cabin on mountain road
  • organize and arrange for garbage pickup / junk remove
  • check and view landscaping work
  • send and receive packages and mail
  • coordinate with local contractors
  • send photos and videos of the property for review
Hours needed will vary and fuel costs will be reimbursed.Job Type: CasualSalary: $22.00 per hourSchedule:
  • On call
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Antigonish, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
