The incumbent functions as a point of contact for environmental, laundry, security, porters, and properties and facilities, handling requests related to these departments. On an as needed basis, may also provide general administrative coverage elsewhere within the BIAM portfolio.Qualifications

  • Grade 12 plus graduate of a recognized office administration / business / secretarial program.
  • Minimum of one year of related secretarial experience required
  • Ability to use Microsoft Windows and all components of Microsoft Office. Expertise with the development and maintenance of documents, spreadsheets and databases.
  • Typing speed of 60 words per minute.
  • General office equipment: printer, copier, scanner, fax, LCD projector.
  • Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred.
