Unpacking raw, frozen meat for air and water tempering activities.2. Handling raw meat and finished recipe mixtures (Beef, pork, lamb, poultry)3. Weighing ingredients4. Ensure that duties are being executed according to customer specifications as well as the company’s written HACCP, and SQF programs.5. Execute all activities along safely and according to Occupational Health and Safety standards.6. Communicate any maintenance issues immediately to Line Supervisor and maintenance team7. Report any issues resulting in downtime or productivity losses to the Production Supervisor8. Ensure paperwork is accurately and completely filled outQualifications:
