Job Description

H2-Solutions Inc.is a small distributor company based in the Oil & Gas field industry. We sell gas detection monitors & sensors, calibration gas, regulators, gas detection tubes and gas analyzers.There are many similar companies out there, much bigger than ours, but we pride ourselves in exceptional customer service and because of our higher standards for customer satisfaction our company requires to hire additional staff to keep up with our customer’s needs. That being said, we are looking for a very special person who will help us to promote our dedication to customer service and help us to continue to grow our business.The person we hire needs to have the following characteristics:

  • Willing to learn & expand knowledge
  • Able to work independently as well as with others
  • Duties on the job will include any/all of the following:
  • Answer phone, and address all customer requests via phone or email
  • Maintain and look after Accounts Receivable, including collections and month end consolidation.
  • Experience with Sage50 and accounting experience considered an asset.
  • Working with Microsoft Office is a requirement.
  • Deal with courier companies for payables, including tracking packages
  • Prepare Invoices, package orders, notify couriers for pick-up
  • Stock shelves and help to maintain inventory levels
  • Paperwork duties-attach waybills, payment stubs to Invoices, filing, etc.
  • Data Entry – Serial Numbers
  • Pick up stock orders & deliver specialty order
  • Rotated scheduled weekend call outs, only if needed by clients
Additional Tasks: recycle cardboard, recycle cylinders, keep office inside/outside area clean & tidy.For any duties that require you to leave the office a company vehicle will be provided. In which you will require a clean driver’s abstract.We are located just east of Sherwood Park on RR223 north of Hwy 16.Hours of work will be from 8:00am to 4:30 Monday to Friday.If required we may consider a part-time position for the right applicant.We are happy to provide on the job training for the right person.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentSalary: From $45,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:
