Job Description

Our client is seeking a Road Service Mechanic to join their team. As a Road Service Mechanic, you will be part of the field service team as a Road Service Technician. The ideal candidate will have Red Seal Heavy Duty experience which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Road Service Equipment MechanicLocation: Dartmouth, Nova ScotiaWhat’s the Job

• Inspect and diagnose components and equipment for servicing needs.
• On the road service inspecting and servicing equipment
• Service and repair equipment in the shop and on-site for the customer
• Reconditioned and remanufactured components as required for equipment, engine, and hydraulic repairs.
• Update and maintain service warranty records, fill out warranty information and complete work orders.

What’s Needed

• 2 to 3 years’ experience in hydraulics
• Clear communication, both written and verbal
• Excellent customer service skills
• Meet requirements of Field Level Hazard and Job Hazard assessments
