Job Description

HR CoordinatorArmstrong, BCIND#123Are you passionate about helping people succeed and finding people opportunities If this sounds like you we would love to connect.Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Coordinator is responsible for assisting in Division level human resource programs in alignment with the operational and corporate HR strategy. This includes executing an effective hourly recruitment and selection process across multiple divisions in the southern interior, maintaining employee records, and working with the HRBP to roll out programs related to the retention and engagement of employees, safety, and other training programs.What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years administrative experience, experience in HR will be beneficial
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment is desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a geographically dispersed team
  • Post–secondary education in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline will be beneficial
  • A continuing record of professional development would be considered an asset
  • HR systems, including applicant tracking, performance management, etc.
  • Strong working knowledge of Employment Standards and WSBC
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks whilst maintaining attention to detail
