Reporting to the Vice President, Seniors Care, LTC and Community Programs, the Associate Director of Care is responsible for providing managerial and clinical leadership of resident care programs including the Nursing Unit and infection Control.The Associate Director of Care provides leadership in the nursing department to support the delivery of resident care and services in accordance with the organization #39;s vision, mission and values.
