Reporting to the Vice President, Seniors Care, LTC and Community Programs, the Director of Care is responsible for the overall management of the resident care programs at the newly developed 96 bed home, the Grove LTC Home.The Director of Care provides overall accountability and leadership in the nursing department to support the delivery of resident care and services in accordance with the organization’s vision, mission, and values and legislative requirements.
