This includes: health promotion and protection; disease and injury prevention; chronic disease management and prevention; provision of supportive, instructive, treatment and emergency services; collaboration with and referral to other health care professionals; conducting community needs assessments and participating in evaluative projects.Required QualificationsEducated in a Nurse Practitioner program in a Canadian province/territoryRegistered or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) as an RN (NP) or RN (GNP)ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience working as a Registered NurseKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWell-developed analytical, judgement and decision-making skillsPosition requires RN (NP) Primary Care Specialization (able to provide care to all ages)Multi-site positionThe Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) requires a criminal record check (CRC) from every potential SHA team member.
