Do you have customer service experience in the automotive or marine equipment sector Are you technically inclined and passionate about Outdoor and Marine EquipmentBay Marine is looking for a technical minded and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join their team in Trenton! The Service Advisor is the liaison between the customer and the technicians; communicating directly with customers, managing their needs and expectations regarding equipment service maintenance and repairs.The main responsibilities and tasks of this role include:• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring an ongoing commitment to the needs of the customer.• Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, over the phone and in person.• Write descriptions of the problems or services needed to determine the type of service or repairs required.• Understanding customer needs and provides them with a complete solution. Educating clients about the company’s products, services and offers.• Manages customer concerns, problems and grievances promptly.• Deals with challenging situations in a professional manner.• Completes and reviews repair orders with customers.• Estimates cost and time for service and repairs needs.
