The Serpa Automotive Group is looking for a Jr Social Media Manager to join our growing team! This position would require your attendance 3 days per week from 9:00am-5:00pm - our management team will provide you with a schedule in which you will follow in order to maintain an organized work day.A minimum of 2 year of Social Media Management is required.The Serpa Automotive Boutique, Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, Serpa Motor Sports Powersportsamp; Marine and The Serpa Certified Collision Repair Centre would be the companies you are required to manage, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.Serpa Automotive Group – Automotiveamp; Powersports DivisionAbout Us:Serpa Automotive Group is a leading dealer group with a strong presence in both the automotive and powersports industries. • Develop and execute social media strategies for automotive and powersports brands under the Serpa umbrella.
• Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories) across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and interact with followers.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to promote offers, events, and inventory highlights.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Occasionally capture on-site content at dealerships or events (if applicable).

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing social media for brands or businesses (preferably in automotive or related industries).
• Strong writing, photography, and content creation skills.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite).
• Graphic design/video editing skills are a plus (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
• Passion for cars, motorcycles, and/or powersports is a bonus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
