Our products are loved through generations for the celebration of PLAY and we use natural materials, sourced sustainably, with our focus on craftsmanship and ethical production.We are now looking for a talented Social Media & Content Producer to be part of the global Marketing team where you will be responsible for developing and delivering content and share the Olli Ella brand story across our social media channels and community in each region, bringing the fun and playful tone of voice to life.Whats required in this role

• Execute Olli Ellas brand message through content on social media and digital platforms
• Manage the content calendar and create content for landing pages, emails, web copy, banners, social posts, in-store signage and blogs
• Work closely with Graphic Designer and eCommerce to leverage brand content and brand consistency across all platforms
• Champion all community management, driving community and customer engagement across Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube, Pinterest and liaise with customer happiness team
• Coordinate and deliver content for follower acquisition activities, promotions and competitions
• Photoshoot production; engaging contractors, stylists and marketing team to support on shoot production
• Manage partnerships with global influencers for outreach to influencers and gifting

• A storyteller through content, showcasing the Olli Ella tone of voice and brand aesthetic consistently
• You are a content creator and writer with great organisational and communication skills
• Self-motivated, driven, and thrive in a fast paced and changing environment
• Expertise across all social media channels and proficient in technology to support content planning and copy accuracy
• Photoshoot production and management; this is your jam and what you love to do!
• Exposure to digital advertising a plus as we continue to focus on our digital reach
