Job Title: Sales & Service AdvisorLocation: Aylesford/MaidstoneERIKS UK is one of Europe’s leading industrial service partners providing engineering knowledge and expertise.This position plays an essential part in developing and maintaining our relationship with customers. From initial contact with new clients, and engagement with longer-term clients you will be the face of ERIKS.ABOUT THE ROLE-

  • Initiating, developing, and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Establishing customer requirements.
  • Preparing, submitting, and following up customer quotations.
  • Order processing.
  • Providing basic levels of technical support on the products/services available from ERIKS (Full training provided).
  • Introducing customers to new products/services.
  • Providing market leading levels of customer service
