Job DescriptionThe Dryline Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of paver and block products on the finishing lines. This role requires a mechanically inclined individual who can quickly learn to operate, adjust, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment while leading a team on the line.Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and guide a team of general laborers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Equipment Operation: Operate production equipment to meet daily production targets while upholding the highest product quality standards.
• Set-Upamp; Maintenance: Perform equipment set-up, autonomous maintenance, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshootingamp; Repairs: Use tools and measuring devices to inspect, adjust, and repair equipment. Complete minor repairs as needed and escalate larger issues to maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Reportingamp; Documentation: Accurately prepare and submit all required production and maintenance reports on a daily basis.
• Mechanical Work: Dismantle and reassemble heavy plant components using hoists and hand tools when necessary.
• Shift Handover: Communicate product quality concerns, equipment issues, or other operational updates to relieving operators and shift supervisors during shift change.
• Support Operations: Assist Production Machine Operators in daily activities and carry out additional related duties as assigned.
• Safetyamp; Compliance: Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized workplace and wear personal protective equipment at all times.
