• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Monitor and report changes in residents #39; health and behavior to nursing staff.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
• Provide companionship and engage residents in recreational activities.
• Administer medications and ensure compliance with medical protocols as directed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
• Document care provided in accordance with facility policies and regulations.

• Must possess a valid Continuing Care Assistant certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in healthcare is preferred.
• Previous experience in a care setting is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and team members.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor when dealing with residents.
• Must undergo criminal background check and meet health requirements.
