• Configurer et supporter l’infrastructure réseau et des serveurs;
• Installer et configurer le matériel physique (ordinateur, imprimante, nouveaux câbles et prises réseaux) dans l’ensemble de notre site;
• Fournir de la documentation des différents points d’amélioration ainsi que les manuels utilisateurs et tutoriels;
• Faire la gestion des utilisateurs et offrir un support technique à l’ensemble des usagers;
• Assurer un support technique de premier niveau aux utilisateurs, en répondant aux questions et en résolvant les problèmes liés aux logiciels, au matériel informatique et aux périphériques;
• Participer à la rédaction de nouvelles spécifications pour les applications ou les autres logiciel.

Les critères que nous recherchons :

• Avoir un diplôme (DEC, AEC, BAC) en informatique;
• 3 à 5 ans d #39;expérience dans un rôle similaire;
• Avoir des expériences avec les produits Microsoft et autre tels que Windows 8/10/11, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Suite et Office 365, Active Directory, DNS et DHCP (Window Server), Firewalls Fortinet;
• Certification CompTIA A+, CCNA;
• Certification Network+, Office 365, CCNP (Atout);
• Avoir des connaissances ou intérêt pour la sécurité informatique, la cybersécurité;
• Avoir le sens de l #39;observation et de l #39;analyse;
• Être rigoureux, organisé, capable de travailler sous pression;
• Une maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, pour des fins de communication avec des intervenants interne et externe.

• Configure and support network infrastructure and servers.
• Install and set up physical hardware (computers, printers, new cables, and network outlets) across our site.
• Provide documentation on various improvement points as well as user manuals and tutorials.
• Manage user accounts and provide technical support to all users.
• Provide first-level technical support to users by answering questions and resolving issues related to software, hardware, and peripherals.
• Participate in drafting new specifications for applications or other software.

What We’re Looking For:

• A diploma (DEC, AEC, BAC) in Computer Science.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Microsoft products such as Windows 8/10/11, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP (Windows Server), and Fortinet Firewalls.
• CompTIA A+, CCNA certification.
• Network+, Office 365, CCNP certification (an asset).
• Knowledge or interest in IT security and cybersecurity.
• Strong observation and analytical skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in French and English for communication with internal and external stakeholders.
