SUMMARY OF FUNCTION: Assists in the control of raw material inventory including storage.Prepares mixed raw materials according to work orders ready for production.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ø Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.Ø Preparation of the mix and virgin material for every job following W.O recipe.Ø Ensure all components are thoroughly mixed. Virgin/ Regrind / Colourants/ Additives.Ø Condense material in storage areas (new material, regrind, mix ...).Ø Ensure the neatness at the storage areas and the mixer and the scales.Ø Print identification labels.Ø Ensure verification of all the identification labels on very job in function, and verification of the covers of the barrels.Ø Adjust inventory levels using the ERP system.Ø Other tasks as assigned.PHYSICAL EFFORT REQUIRED: Must lift bags of raw material (25KGS) daily. Regularly moves barrels of material exceeding 50KGS.Able to work independently with little or no supervision.
