Since 1972, our love of music has driven us towards continuous innovation which has allowed us to stay true to our mission of delivering ONLY the best customer service!Currently looking for – Online Sales ExpertHours: 8:30-5:30 | Location: Baie DUrfe, QC (temporarily remote due to covid)Seeking an online sales expert to handle B2C sales through various online marketplaces (Amazan Seller Central, eBay, Reverb, etc. This role involves working with various teams across the company to sell their products online direct to consumers. The ideal candidate is outgoing, customer service oriented, organized, and sales driven.Job Functions:

  • Create product listings online and update inventory levels on a regular
  • Work with internal divisions to ensure pricing is competitive
  • Transcribe sales order information from online platform into ERP system to process the shipment
  • Handle customer inquiries, returns, refunds
  • Keep up to date with regards to changes in marketplace
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in an eCommerce sales environment
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, eBay
  • A demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally as a team to complete ongoing tasks and projects
