Job Description

We are looking for a Bi-Lingual (French/English) Territory Service Manager to join our Canadian Sales team! This employee would ideally be located with a home base in MONTREAL QUEBEC will spend 50% or more of their time on the road.*WHY WORK FOR FLUIDRA*We are a leader in the global pool industry. By staying focused on this mission, we will create value for all our stakeholders–customers, pool owners, investors and employees.We own a portfolio of some of the industry’s most recognized and trusted brands, including Jandy®, AstralPool®, Polaris®, Cepex®, Zodiac®, CTX Professional® and Gre®.*WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE*The Bi-Lingual (French/English) Territory Service Manager (TSM) will be the key Fluidra (formally Zodiac) lead to provide targeted infield Zodiac Service, Technical and Sales support for key accounts. In addition to providing technical and service support to existing customers and service providers. The TSM will be responsible for identifying prospective service, repair & renovation swimming pool and spa companies within their assigned region. The TSM will be a conduit to drive dealer insights to internal departments for future strategic development. This position would include travel within the assigned territory (Quebec and Maritime Canada) that has been identified as high potential growth opportunity. The TSM reports to the National Service & Training Manager CDA. Additionally, you will:*Recruit and manage a network of independent Contract Service Centers (CSC)

  • Negotiate labor and travel rates with each individual center
  • Train employees of Contract Service Centers
  • Respond quickly to and communicate clearly with Sales team within territory boundaries
  • Provide a high level of support to sales efforts
  • Troubleshoot product problems at customer locations on occasion
  • Work with Customer Service Canada to ensure CSC rates are accurate and contracts are current
  • Identify product problems and report them back to Corporate on a timely basis
  • Handle homeowner, builder, and service company complaints in the field, as required
  • Develop & conduct both classroom and in-field training for dealers and warranty centers to promote the proper installation and troubleshooting of pool equipment
*WHAT WE SEEK*
  • Strong verbal communication skills in BOTH French and English.
  • Solid technical knowledge of Zodiac & competitive swimming pool equipment and parts from a “service, repair, & renovation” perspective.
  • Understanding of service, repair & renovation company business model and needs.
  • Understanding of swimming pool equipment “2-step” distribution model.
  • Ability to travel and work in different markets for short periods of time.
  • Ability to collaborate cross functionally while balancing customer needs with Fluidra corporate goals of revenue & profitability.
  • Ability to operate basic Microsoft office software such as Word & Excel, Google email & scheduling.
  • A valid Quebec (or Ontario) driver’s license with abstract required with application
  • Knowledge of TSSA and ESA codes pertaining to installation of swimming pool equipment
*PREFERRED: *
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
  • Pool industry experience residential and commercial
  • Bilingual French & English
  • Certified Pool Operator
