Job Description

Subsidiary: Miller Paving LimitedMiller Paving is looking to hire AZ drivers. This position requires travel with crews to various locations within Ontario for extended periods of time.As an AZ Driver, You Will:

  • Maintain a clean and mechanically sound truck
  • Deliver products to customers on a timely basis
  • Perform circle checks (including air brakes)
  • Maintaining accurate documentation
  • Other duties as assigned
What Youll Bring:
  • Mechanically inclined will be considered an asset
  • Valid AZ license with a clean driving abstract and CVOR
  • Previous driving experience will be required
  • Ability to perform physical labour, work in a physically demanding environment and lift up to 23 kg
  • Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions
  • Able to sit, stand or drive more than 90 minutes per day
  • Effective communication (written and verbal)
  • An OSSD or equivalent diploma
  • Knowledge of the Highway Traffic Act and municipality by-laws
  • Punctual, reliable and team player
  • Ability to travel within Ontario for extended periods of time
