Job Description

Front Desk and Hotel Upkeep Hours: Between 6:00am and 1:00am(possible on-call hours after 1:00am) Subject to change.General Responsibilities:

  • Creating and modifying bookings in the PMS
  • Checking guests in and out of their accommodations
  • Keeping documents, keys, etc., organized
  • Answering phone calls, emails, online messages
  • Maintaining a waitlist for guests
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace
  • Follow department procedures and policies
  • Promote a great guest experience at the property and work to enhance guest stay by upselling.
  • Taking initiative to offer personalized guest experiences
  • Cleaning and maintaining clean hotel halls and coffee bars during the day.
  • Possible laundry duties and upkeep duties during the day and later at night to get ready for the next day.
  • Other duties assigned
Preferred Experience/skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years reception or office experience (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience (required)
  • OSSD or equivalent
  • Ability to focus on guest needs and remaining calm and courteous at all times.
  • Highly responsible and reliable
  • Previous experience working with PMS
  • Must be able to work with and count cash effectively and accurately
  • Must be flexible in terms of working hours
  • Computer illiterate in working with Microsoft word and excel or other related software.
