  • Providing an exceptional customer service experience
  • Helping patients find the perfect eyewear for their needs
  • Assisting our doctors in performing eye assessments and helping to educate patients
  • Keeping our practice organized; handling patient inquires, scheduling appointments, and communicating with other doctors offices
Requirements and Qualifications: A friendly, motivated and energetic individual who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience is an asset, however it is not required as we train all our staff.Must have demonstrated good time management, organization, leadership, and communication skills, proficiency in computers and have a strong desire and ability to learn.Salary range for this position starts at $16.50/hour but will be commensurate with each individuals experience and skills.As this is role involves direct patient facing work, including with high-risk and vulnerable patient populations, applicants must be vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof upon request.Outstanding customer service skills are an essential asset for this position.Application requirements:
