Job Description

We’re seeking a Dough Cook to join us at Banff Hospitality Collective! Banff Hospitality Collective or as we like to call it ‘BHC’, is a multi-concept restaurant and entertainment company with 17 venues and counting. All our venues are unique in their own right but have a few things in common: 1. They are all located in downtown Banff. 2. Serve amazing food and beverage 3. What You #39;ll Do:
  • Preparing pizza dough while ensuring compliance with established standards
  • Pasta production
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the production kitchen
  • Assisting in training new team members as needed
  • Packaging and delivering dough products to venues
What You Have:
  • Excellent work ethic and communication skills
  • Previous dough or bakery experience is an asset
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule required
