The Gondola Coordinator will support a safe work environment for all employees and guests. This is a full time, permanent position without staff accommodation.Responsible for onboarding new employeesDevelop and maintain Gondola Orientation ProgramConduct Orientation for all new hiresAct as a primary point of contact for uniforms, bus passes and nametagsIssue uniforms and bus passes and monitor inventory levels, make name tagsMaintain clean, organized and stocked uniform roomComplete and process all required paperwork (Uniform & Bus Pass Issuance Forms)Keep staff list and employee files organized and up to dateCoordinate all colleague and supervisor training sessionsEnsure off-boarding tasks are completed in a timely manner:Collect uniform items and bus passesCoordinate and actively participate in Gondola Health and Safety CommitteeRun monthly H&S meetingAssist in training employees on Health and Safety program contentConduct internal audits of the Health and Safety programDevelop and maintain H&S related documentation:Incident reportsWCB claimsFirst aid and other training recordsTake Health and Safety committee notes and follow-up on action itemsOrganize first aid coursesSupport Gondola Leadership team & General Manager in admin tasksOffice management, admin supply orders and accurate invoice trackingCommunicate with the other Coordinators with reference to the Master Management ScheduleMonitor and respond to customer reviews & surveys.
