Want to know more Check us out here: https://www.banffcollective.com/three-bears-breweryBar ManagerThe Bar Manager contributes to the success of Banff Hospitality Collective by overseeing the operations of the bar and is responsible for managing inventory based on demand and cost targets. Maintaining stock, avoiding extra carrying costs, and ensuring the bar is run in a smooth manner with focused priority on safety, drink quality, hospitality, and leadership are the primary responsibilities of the position.We Love Perks! What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and manage all areas of the bar and use your discretion to create and uphold bar procedures and policies, ensuring alignment with company standards and legislation
• Sharing your knowledge is a must! Youll be training and coaching bartenders, and building server product knowledge.
• Manage inventory volumes to business levels, and ensure ordering, receiving, storing, and processing invoices are completed in a timely manner.
• Creates, trains and maintains a drinks menu that is well-suited to the food menu, that evolves seasonally and with trends, that ensure a good guest experience and maximizes sales.
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of the bar area.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/provincial /local laws, and ordinances.
• Maintain professional restaurant image, including bar cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards.
• Deeply understand, and have a strong commitment to, brand, constantly delivering and getting others to deliver the brand promise.
• Lead by example. Working alongside the bartenders, focusing on hospitality and positivity.

• We understand you want to get outside as much as possible, but you’ll need to have flexibility in your schedule for us.
• At least 1 year of bartending experience
• Supervisory or management experience is considered an asset
• Alberta ProServe certification is required
