No matter what level of experience youre at, there is always something new to learn in the cloud.Xerris is seeking a skilled Client Delivery Leader to work with our clients across Canada to oversee project and program success. Our projects range in scope and size across Data & Analytics, Cloud migrations, Application development and modernization, Cloud Architecture and DevOps.The Client Delivery Leader will partner with the Scrum Masters or Project Managers for each project under their account, along with the Sales Lead on accounts to ensure that client expectations are met, build and manage executive technology stakeholder relationships, and understand client requests and project needs.What you will be doing:Pre-sales

  • Attend introductory and discovery calls to understand complex business and technology challenges, projects and programs with mid-sized to enterprise clients across industries
  • Work with Practice Leads and Technology teams to develop and refine project estimates, pricing, and work with partner funding programs
Delivery
  • Develop and manage client program kick-off meetings
  • Participate in retrospective meetings, stakeholder update meetings, and sales meetings to scope out new project work
  • Manage client stakeholder expectations and communications around project delivery
  • Be the key point of escalation for any delivery issues for that account
  • Communicate project status, risks, and overall health and status both internally to Xerris and externally to client
  • Seek new opportunities to grow accounts by leveraging relationships and knowledge of customers to bring the utmost value to our partnerships
  • Ensure clients are aware of all of Xerris capabilities and practices
  • Oversee and manage program/project financials (margin, burn rates, etc.)
Project Closure and Customer Success Program
  • Gather customer feedback (either by milestone or quarterly) as part of our Customer Success Program
  • Participate in project closure / milestone meetings
Required Experience:
  • Experience delivering technology projects within medium to enterprise sized clients in the above mentioned areas
  • Experience with Project management, Program Management, Project financials, and executive stakeholder management
  • Ability to navigate complex programs and identify overall risks, roadblocks or constraints and provide mitigation strategies
  • Experience in a consulting or professional services environment delivering outcomes-based project work for clients
  • Ability to attend sales or pre-sales meetings with sales and technical teams to ensure that expectations are aligned and that project estimates meet client expectations
  • Proven track record of client management in a professional services environment
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams, and ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Experience working with Agile methodology and related tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
  • Strong presentation skills, including preparing presentation materials such as sales proposals, client deliverables, and project status reports
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts from a sales and account management perspective
