objective: To work as an energetic, customer-focused employee, bringing hands-on experience in preparing dining area, presenting menu, serving orders while adhering to sanitation and safety protocols.Reports to: Food and Beverage Manager, Cliff house SupervisorSpecific Expectations: The most important aspect of your position is to provide your customers with a safe, sanitary, and quality food or beverage product. You will primarily be responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to our patrons.Responsibilities (not limited to, but including): *Arrive to work on time- punctuality is key*Follow all occupational health and safety standards and regulations- your safety is our first priority*Be available to work days, evenings and/or weekends*Have strong communication skills in order to effectively work with coworkers and customers*Possess the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced working environment*Follow procedures in accordance with appearance and uniform standards*Ensure customer satisfaction with efficient, friendly service*Handel customer complaints in a professional manner, alerting your supervisor or manager if you need to do so*Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas*Should be in good physical condition with the ability to lift and carry heavy loads up to 50lb*Be competent in completing cash-outs at the end of every shift*Put a large importance on cleanliness, constantly ensure that the workspace is up to our standards, and possess a “clean-as-you-go” mentality*Write patrons' food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff*Check patrons' identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beveragesJob Type: Full-timeSalary: From $15.00 per hourBenefits:
