Job Description

TAKE OUR MESSAGE TO THE MOUNTAINTOPINSPIRE THE WORLD TO EXPERIENCE BANFF AND LAKE LOUISELet your passion, creativity, and love of the mountain lifestyle come alive with Banff & Lake Louise Tourism.In this role, you will be responsible for various aspects of the Finance & Administration function including the administration of Accounts Payable, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and various aspects of Office Management.The ideal applicant will have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Post-secondary education in accounting is an asset.
  • 1-2 years experience in an administrative and financial role.
  • Previous experience in accounts payable functions is an asset.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Interested in learning, using, and supporting others in the use of digital programs to facilitate processes.
  • Ability to complete a high volume of work within deadlines.
  • Strong data entry skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
