Job Description

Reporting to and supporting the E-Commerce Operations Manager, as the E-commerce Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing that all orders are shipped on a daily basis. This includes handling and processing returns and exchanges. In addition to this, this role manages the product and content as well as maintenance and updates of web inventories on www.monodsports.comResponsibilities:Web Order Shipping

  • Handling the daily picking, packing and shipping of merchandise; ensuring all orders meet daily shipping deadline
  • Ensure orders are picked, packed and shipped properly
  • Responsible for daily order approval and contacting customers and issuing banks regarding order verification
  • Answer customer service calls and emails
  • Process returns and exchanges requests
  • Ensure physical inventories of product are maintained and reflected correctly after orders, returns, and exchanges are processed
  • Communicate with online store customers to help with their purchase, order and delivery, payment, and other support as required
Assembly of Product & Content Entry
  • Assist the E-Commerce Operations Manager coordinate and facilitate the assembly of product and content on www.monodsports.com
Desired Skills:
  • Demonstrate a willingness to complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned in order to support the overall organization and divisional duties
  • Ability to adapt to changes in nature of work and in work load
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees across the organization
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations required to accurately complete assigned tasks
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and web applications
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form
  • Ability to organize and prioritize projects and daily tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Ecommerce experience preferred; apparel/sporting goods industry experience a plus
  • College graduate preferred, high school diploma or general education degree required
  • Passion for developing great customer experiences
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a dependable team player
