Job Description

Let your passion, creativity, and love of the mountain lifestyle come alive with Banff & Lake Louise Tourism.Banff & Lake Louise Tourism (“BLLT”) is looking for a team of seasonal Event Staff to support and help bring to life Christmas and SnowDays events; including In Search of Christmas Spirit, Play Zone, and more!Event Staff are the face of BLLT events. Their job is to make guests feel welcomed while supporting them throughout the entire experience. The right candidate loves talking to and helping people and is motivated by fast-paced, outdoor environments.The ideal applicants will have the following qualifications and experience.

  • Experience in events or hospitality required.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while standing and walking for the duration of the shift.
  • Ability to lift items such as firepits, tables, and sign boards.
  • Ability to work cohesively with the event team with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work irregular hours, overtime, weekends, and/or statutory holidays and provincial holidays, when required.
