Job Description

Were looking for an Executive Chef to join us at The Bison. Regional. Seasonal. Canadian. At The Bison, you will enjoy farm-to-table cuisine while soaking in views of some of Banff’s best mountains. With an open concept kitchen, you can watch our chefs prepare your regionally-inspired meal. The Bison is an intimate venue that provides a truly modern, mountain experience. As Executive Chef, you will contribute significantly to the success of the company by participating in planning and refining, as well as continued daily operations of the restaurant, in conjunction with the General Manager and BHC’s Corporate Chef team.
