Were looking for a General Manager to join us at our upcoming venue Bluebird! Bluebird Restaurant & Lobby Bar is a contemporary take on charming mid-century chalets, expansive mountain ranges, and cozy fireside getaways. Bluebird will be a premier place to unwind after a day in the Banff wilderness. The venue will play off rich alpine culture and the primal instinct to seek shelter, fire, and socialize after a bluebird day.General ManagerThe General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day business operations of the venue. Through the exercise of discretion and independent judgment, the GM has overall supervisory and managerial responsibility for the daily operations of a single venue ensuring desired outcomes (i.e., increased sales, profitability, and employee retention). The GM mobilizes the venue management team to oversee the financial controls, operations, people development, guest experience and compliance within the venue.We Love Perks! This Position Includes:

What You’ll Do:

• If it’s happening in the restaurant, you are a part of it! Planning, executing, elevating - you do it all
• You like systems and processes, so you’ll focus on getting those right for your team
• You do what it takes to increase sales and minimize costs without compromising quality
• Manage all areas of the restaurant and makes final decisions on matters of importance
• Effectively communicate and interact with all departments across the venue including BOH management team, as well as BHC Head Office.
