Job Description

We are searching for an organized, experienced, and capable individual to coordinate the daily operations for our team. The successful candidate will be able to oversee and organize the daily operations for our 757 guest rooms and 28,000 square feet of public spaces. This position is a variable position with both evening and morning availability required.Rate of Pay: Starting at $19.13 per hour. Full rate after one year is $21.85 per hour.What is in it for you:

What you will be doing:
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
  • Prepare assignments for Room Attendants, Public Areas, Calls, Floor Support, and Turndown staff
  • Prepare reports about arriving guests through Opera
  • Manage the Royal Service Manager system for the department
  • Communicate effectively via email / Office telephone
  • Liaise with other departments within the hotel
  • Maintain and secure the lost and found room and log and respond to any guest request regarding lost items
  • Place work orders for equipment and furniture
  • Other duties as assigned
Your experience and skills include:
  • Warm and caring personality
  • Previous housekeeping operations experience is required
  • Fluent in English and capable of professional verbal and written communication
  • Understanding of Property Management Systems and housekeeping operations software preferred.
  • Competent in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Leadership talent
  • Self-motivated
  • The ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate organizational skills
  • Experience with decision-making and problem solving
  • Frequent sitting throughout shift
  • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs
  • Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
