Job Description

What will be your daily pursuit:Coordinating and facilitating tenant arrivals, departures and inter-residence moves.What perks can you expect:

What will you do in this job:
  • Assist with the day-to-day BJC housing administration and upkeep of central housing database
  • Issue unit keys and key control
  • Facilitate bi-weekly inspections (and applicable administration) of all properties, common spaces and tenant units
  • Coordinate and communicate with maintenance personnel & custodians on the upkeep of residence building & grounds
  • Assist with staff housing improvement projects
  • Assist in the opening and closing of the seasonal residences
  • Organize employee activities with the Employee Experience Specialist, as required
  • Support health and safety initiatives
  • Support People & Culture team members, as required
What skills and experience do you need for this job:
  • Organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Creative thinking and problem solving skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and with a team
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience or knowledge in related maintenance areas is an asset
  • Proficiency with Rent Manager, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) an asset
  • Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving abstract
