Job Description

Banff’s historic Lux Cinema attracts guests keen to enjoy the latest blockbuster releases, the beauty and excitement of the Banff Mountain Film Festival’s independent productions, as well as live theatreperformances.If you love movies this is the role for you! Our Supervisors are cool under pressure and ensure that all of our staff provide the best movie going and escape room experience.This Position Offers:

  • Previous supervisory and sales experience is an asset but not required.
What Will you Be Doing:
  • You will share your knowledge of feature films, times and prices with guests
  • Keep the box office up to date with new movie listings and posters
  • Work at the concession stand.
  • Ensure the security of all cash, receipts and tickets.
  • Clean and maintain cleanliness of all areas of the movie theatre.
  • Ensure all health and safety policies and procedures and report injuries and hazards immediately.
