No matter what level of experience youre at, there is always something new to learn in the cloud.What we are looking forWe are looking for a Marketing Specialist to work with our Sales, Alliances, and Partnerships teams to drive leads, events, content, case studies, partner and customer connections, and expand the Xerris brand across Canada. We are looking for someone who loves tackling new challenges, is proactive and curious, loves to learn, is flexible in a fast paced and ever changing environment and has excellent communication skills.What you will be doing

• Help uncover, refine and tell the Xerris story across all marketing and communication platforms
• Create an actionable marketing plan encompassing our cloud vendors strategies, funding and KPI’s
• Create materials in support of our marketing plan outlining our solution offers and differentiators
• Manage and refine Xerris’s social media and digital presence, strategy and execution
• Prepare and manage press releases and promotions
• Collaborate with the team to write blogs, case studies, and whitepapers
• Understand marketing and customer/partner data to drive lead generation and pipeline acceleration
• Manage external agencies as required

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in B2B marketing with a focus on digital marketing, campaigns, and events
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• Experience with implementing omni-channel marketing strategies
• Exceptional writing capabilities (writing examples will be required in final stages)
• Strong influencing, communication and collaboration skills
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to assess opportunities and make decisions on ROI/advantages of programs & investments

Nice to Have

• Experience working with cloud and data vendors (Microsoft, AWS, Google, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.)
• 2+ years in experience in the cloud computing industry and/or a technology consulting firm
