Job Description

Compensation:The wage for this position is $17.00 per hour.What will be your daily pursuit:Meet and greet guests to our roof top patio, creating a memorable experience.What perks can you expect:

What will you do in this job:
  • Greet each guest with a warm, friendly smile
  • Knowledge of hotel offerings, events in the community, dining experiences in the area
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
  • Provide service in the lounge and ensure menu and food presentation is in keeping with Food and Beverage standards
  • Develop and maintain strong guest relationship to ensure lounge loyalty
  • Assist guest regarding hotel facilities in an informative helpful way
  • Provide exceptional concierge information to our guests
  • Follow department policies, procedures and service standard
  • Follow safety policies
  • Other duties as assigned
