Job Description

We’re seeking a People & Culture Administrator to join us at Banff Hospitality Collective. Banff Hospitality Collective or as we like to call it ‘BHC’, is a multi-concept restaurant and entertainment company with 13 venues and counting. All our venues are unique in their own right but have a few things in common: 1. They are all located in beautiful downtown Banff. 2. Serve amazing food and beverage 3. As the People and Culture Administrator, you’re an organized and detail oriented person who will be our new jack of all trades, go-to for anything administration related. You will perform a wide variety of HR related tasks such as systems administration and collaborating as part of the People and Culture team, but youll also keep the office running smoothly with invoice processing and ordering (coffee is important!). The People & Culture team enjoys working together at the office, so while there are sometimes options for flexibility, were mostly an office based team.We Love Perks! This Position Includes:

What You’ll Do:
  • Systems administration and maintenance including Humi, 7shifts, Google Suite, Avero, etc.
  • Regular invoice coding, employee expense review, cheque administration and other office duties as needed
  • Assist with reporting and other duties as required by the People and Safety Manager
  • Collaborate on employee onboarding, offers of employment, job postings, recruitment, and surveys
  • Administer the BHC discount program
  • Assist as needed with various development and training programs
  • Budget management
What You Have:
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a highly complex and fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and professionalism with sensitive information
  • Ability to organize and keep track of important documents
  • Ability to deliver information in a clear and concise manner
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when entering data
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience in an administration role is an asset
