Come join us!What you will do:The Administrative Support Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Brokers and Provincialteam in the successful administration of eXp Realty brokerage operations in their Province.How you will make an impact:

  • Ensure eXp maintains each MLS in good standing. Coordinates the joining of new MLS as needed
  • Coordinates all new Branch Offices
  • Follows up with Agents in new Branches
  • Follows up with Offboarding and Onboarding of agents
  • Supports the Designated Broker with Agent/Staff Recognition Certificates. (eXp, MLS, CREA and others)
  • Supports agents with their access to the Provincial resource websites
  • Provides timely updates to the agent’s Provincial resource websites
  • Works closely with Agent Experience to make certain that all agents joining eXp Realty are receiving the best possible agent experience and Broker questions are quickly being responded to
  • Provides support to the Designated Managing Broker and supporting staff
  • Assist with Agent and Provincial Trello Boards: (1) Manages agent approval (2) Manages agent invitation acceptance
  • Coordinates with NABC Specialists to track Agent compliance for FINTRAC, DNCL, Privacy and CASL training
  • Coordinates with NABC Specialist to track new to real estate agents compliance
  • Used Realty Juggler to track agent’s dates for license renewal, birthdays and Work Anniversary
  • Reminds agent of license renewals
  • Reviews and processes PRECs
  • Sends the Brokers dates tracked in RJ and creates notices on the Provincial Workplace page for birthdays and work anniversaries
  • Manages the Provincial calendar, coordinates and highlights the Canadian Education and NABC programs
  • Assist broker with facilitation of events and meetings
  • Monitor attendance and completion of Agents, Staff and Brokers Continued Education Programs
  • Follows up when agents are not attending weekly provincial meetings
  • Responsible to make certain that all new agents send the marketing materials of agents to CDN Marketing and communicate with Marketing to ensure compliance to Company, Provincial and Federal regulators
  • Assists with the management of local Board Associations: (1) Auditing, (2) Invoicing and (3) Compliance
  • Assists Broker with generating and distributing communications to agents
  • Administrator of Provincial social media groups
  • Liaison to: MLS Boards, Non-eXp Brokerages, Agents and Vendors
  • Special projects as directed by CDN Brokerage Operations leadership and Brokers
How you will grab our attention:
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Min 3 years of experience in Real Estate office administration and/or operations
  • Experience in the real estate industry strongly preferred
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in Google Suite Products and Microsoft Office
This is a salaried position with compensation starting at $45,000 CAD per year.
