Bachelor of Social Work (B.S.W.) B.S.W. in progress may be considered.2. Minimum 2 years’ experience working with children, youth and their families in a children’s mental health or related service.3. Experience delivering Walk-in Clinic service model.4. Experience working with evidence based/informed programs.SKILLS AND ABILITIES:1. Youth and family focused; aligns own behavior with the needs, priorities and goals of the organization.2. Takes personal responsibility for enhancing individual and team performance.3. Collaboratively approaches problems from a solutions based perspective by reviewing the viable alternatives and determining the best course of action.4. Inspires and challenges others to achieve personal and organizational goals.7. Competency and effective use of database and Microsoft Office systems.8. Confident, articulate and professional when communicating verbally and in writing.9. Ability to work in a leadership capacity providing guidance and direction to colleagues.10. Strong clinical problem solving and crisis management skills.11. Demonstrated ability to provide individual, family and group counselling.12. Strong case management and organizational skills.13. Strong assessment skills including risk management.14. French language is an asset.WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:1. Must be able to provide 4 hours per week after 5 p.m. to support the Walk-in Clinic or provide direct service to clients (evening appointments).2. Willingness to travel other agency offices using personal vehicle. Must have valid driver’s license with minimum G2.3.
