Job Description

Northern Apex Inc is recruiting Call Centre Agents for a food preparation and delivery service. While Call Centre experience is an asset, it is not a requirement as training will be provided.Outstanding Customer Service, communication skills (English, both written and verbal), attention to technical detail and a strong ability to multi-task and problem solve are required.Compensation and Benefits:

  • $22-$23 an hour and can be negotiable

Responsibilities:
  • Accurate tracking of customer interactions and technical details
  • Provide friendly, helpful and timely support to customers
  • Report to team lead
  • Answer all incoming calls and provide appropriate support and information
  • Be well informed regarding services offered, troubleshooting policies and general procedures
  • Meet attainable targets
Qualifications:
  • English fluency required
  • Excellent verbal and listening skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task while paying close attention to detail
  • 1-2 years of customer service, sales or call centre experience
