Job Description

IKON Complete Inc. is a Recruitmentamp; Search Firm specializing in identifying,amp; sourcing top performers for our clientele. Position: Corporate LawyerLocation: Barrie, ONSalary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year (depending on experience)Industry: Law / Corporate / Legal / Law FirmEmployment Term: Full-time / PermanentRolesamp; Responsibilities:

  • Involved in corporate organizations, and re-organizations.
  • Structured financings and private placements.
  • Business acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Drafting and negotiating all manner of general corporate and commercial agreements.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualificationsamp; Experience:
  • Law degree and a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
  • 5+ years related corporate law experience, preferably in a private practice setting.
  • Proven working ability to handle files independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
