Your passion for service excellence and proactive approach will be crucial in delivering personalized support that exceeds expectations.Responsibilities of the Customer Service and Sales Representative:

  • Initiate contact with potential customers to introduce products or services
  • Develop rapport and trust with customers through personalized interactions
  • Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
  • Conduct follow-up communications to close sales
  • Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and sales techniques
  • Participate in sales training programs to enhance selling skills
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree or equivalent in business, communications, or related fields
  • A background in customer service, sales, communications, or an associated field is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
  • Full-Time availability, Monday to Friday
  • Comfortable working in person and willing to commute to our office every day
